Sustainability is a popular buzz word for corporations and other institutions as companies adopting programs to minimize their negative impacts while improving their economic success. Temple Israel already has a sustainability program called Life & Legacy, a program of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation. Life & Legacy helps Jewish entities build endowments that provide long term sustainability.
Life & Legacy promotes after lifetime giving–such as bequests and other legacy gifts–to benefit the Temple Israel Foundation, which enables Temple Israel Columbus to sustain a vibraint Jewish presence in Columbus for future generations to enjoy.

Temple Israel’s legacy donors are members like you who are make a promise to generations to come, a promise that they will have a thriving Jewish community to embrace and enrich their lives.
You can provide a significant after life gift to Temple Israel Columbus in ways that don’t impact your current assets! There is no minimum amount required.
Each of the following options contributes to Temple Israel’s future and reflects your personal values and commitment to its mission.

What do I need to do next?
To become a donor to the Temple Israel Columbus Life & Legacy program, complete our Letter of Intent form. This form is your promise of a legacy gift to Temple Israel and/or more local Life & Legacy partners.
If you have alreadymade the necessary legal arrangement, simply complete the Legacy Gift Confirmation form.
